Our Post-Rehabilitation Training is designed to build on the foundation you’ve created with your physical therapist. By working with us, you’re choosing a structured, progressive approach that focuses on strengthening your body and preventing setbacks.

On your first visit, we start with an in-depth assessment to understand your recovery stage, movement capacity, and personal goals. From there, we design a tailored plan with structured progressions to support lasting change. Expect us to:


  • Focus on flexibility and muscle stability to keep you mobile and balanced.


  • Use strength and endurance training for pain-free, sustained movement.


  • Work on coordination and balance so you feel stronger and more stable every day.

Our lead practitioner, Mark J. Evans, brings 20+ years of experience in kinesiology and post-rehabilitation. He understands that transitioning from therapy to full movement takes care and precision, and he's here to help you gain long-term stability and strength.

Before starting, make sure you’ve completed your physical therapy. Fitness Imperial does not treat injuries involving ligaments, tendons, or bones. Our focus is on building strength and mobility, ensuring a smooth transition into active living.
