This includes using the trademark to create fake accounts or misleading representations.
• Social Media: The use of Fitness Imperial’s name, logo, or any related branding on social media accounts or platforms to mislead, deceive, or redirect customers to other links or services is prohibited. This includes creating fraudulent accounts or impersonating Fitness Imperial on social media platforms.

Legal Enforcement
Fitness Imperial is committed to enforcing our copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law. Violations may result in penalties, including but not limited to:

• Actual damages and profits earned by the infringer as a direct result of the infringement
• Statutory damages up to $150,000 per work
• Legal fees and costs incurred in pursuing enforcement

Usage Restrictions

• Files and designs may not be shared, distributed, published, or sold, either in part or in whole.
• Designs may not be used on any website or made into physical or digital products for sale, either online or in retail stores.
• Fitness Imperial’s trademark and branding may not be used to create misleading accounts or to direct customers to unauthorized links or content.

Personal Use and Backup
You are permitted to make one backup copy of the files for personal use. The files may be installed on multiple computers, provided that you personally own each computer on which the files are installed.
